Business Appointment Manager is a tool that lets the user keep track of all business-related meetings. The application has most of the features found in some CRM programs. One of the program's requirements is to have the Microsoft's SQL Server 2005 add-on installed (included in the application's setup).
Installing this allows the user to create solid databases (clients, items, users, etc.). The most common product/client fields are included in the "example bases", setting a good start point to novice users trying to create a database from zero.
Larger business can take advantage of the program's multiuser platform. The SQL functionality allows several user's to create and schedule events/meetings, setting an administrator for the application to manage and get reports of user's activities.
Sales can be monitored with the tool. The user can get a variety of business-related reports, ranging from daily, weekly, and monthly sales, to sales/appointments by user, by client, received payments, just to mention a few.
